As SERVPRO of Lake Charles strives to bring our customers the highest quality of work, it is imperative that our staff receive their IICRC Certification.  The IICRC, or The Institute for Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification, is a nonprofit that develops recognized standards in each of those areas.   Looking at a basement filled with water or a damaged wall from a pipe leak, a customer is often already concerned about the status of their homes.  We take great pride in knowing that sending in our certified technicians will give the customer peace of mind ahead of the mitigation process.
