Fire Damaged Antiques

SERVPRO of Lake Charles got a call to provide fire damage restoration at a home in Kinder. The house had major soot damage and carbon discoloration. These antique porcelain lamps were very special to the owner and became a major priority for us. The owner was quite adamant that they could not be cleaned but we assured her that this was not the case. Our knowledge of fire restoration guided us as we tested different cleaners and techniques until we found the perfect mix. The owner was overjoyed with the results and later invited our crews to her newly remodeled home for bbq. We love tasty food but more than that we love exceeding our customers expectations.
