Lake Charles residential flood damage

SERVPRO of Lake Charles received a call to begin water extraction and removal during a flood event. This home had several inches of water within and needed immediate assistance. With our highly trained technicians using state of the art drying equipment we were able to provide water removal through extraction, perform the necessary demolition, set drying equipment and monitor its progress. These images are of the sons room. The customers were pleased with our results. Besides doing the mitigation our job is to keep the customer informed every step of the way. They were in a position to receive compensation from their flood insurance and begin picking up the pieces.
